移民申请表application for permanent residence in canada填写说明

申请人数，这里的申请人数包括本人，配偶和孩子，不包括父母，兄弟姐妹。
correspondence 和interview的语言种类当然是选择english,除非您是学法语的。

1． family name 和given name这里就不说了。
2． your *也免了。
3． your date of birth更不要谈了，没什么好解释的。
4． you place of birth这里指的是出生地，不是户口所在地。country 要写p r china
5． your country of citizenship,中国公民就写 p r china
6． your native language,中文一般不写chinese,而写mandarin—chinese.不过你写了chinese,也问题不大，移民官不会因为这个对你产生。
7． your heigh，有2个单位，写一个即可。
8． colour of your eyes, 这里填black，也有人填blown,也没问题。
9． your current marital status,不多说，如果结婚，日期要和结婚证上相符。
10． have u previously been married or in a common-law relationship, 不多说，实事求是。
11． your knowledge of english an french, 简单，没什么好说的。
12． educaiton，这里要解释一下，ph d博士，master’s degree硕士， bachelor’s degree硕士，non-university certificate/diploma本科无学位/大专，值得注意的是how many years of formal education do you have?如果您是正规大学fulltime的教育当然没什么好说的，如果您是学位或学历是夜大/业余/自学考试/函大，我建议您的大学教育年限就按照相当于正规大学的年数（至于能不能给你相应的分数，就看移民官了）
13． your current occupation , 填你目前的职业名称，和提名职业不一致也问题不大。
14． your mailing address， 邮寄地址（可以是居住地址）
15． your residential address,这里要填的是您的户籍所在地。
16． your telephone numbers,没什么好说的。
17． your e-mail address, if applicable, 略。
18． details from your passport, 略。
19． your identity card number, if applicable, 身份证号码。
20． where do u you intend to live in canada? 联邦移民，不能填魁省，其他都无所谓。

如果您是单身，就都是n/a
如果有配偶和孩子，你就要一个个填了。
这里需要解释的是：
marital status: 配偶当然是married ,孩子如果没结婚就是never married.
relationship to you: 配偶就是my spouse,孩子就是my son, or my daughter.
native language: mandarin,前面讲过。
